2020 HOLIDAY SEASON ORDERING/SHIPPING UPDATE:

All orders must be placed by November 30, 2020 and will ship no later than December 7, 2020. All orders placed after November 30 will not ship until January 2021, as I will be away from my shop and unable to fulfill these orders in December 2020.

Most items ship within two weeks of order placement.  You will be contacted if your order is going to take longer than two weeks. 

We ship through USPS for domestic and international orders.  Domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail with a tracking number and international orders are shipped First Class with insurance. 

If you need to expedite your order or would prefer a different shipping method, please contact me.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items are made to order and all sales are final.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding an item please contact me before placing your order.  If you are unsatisfied with your order after you receive it please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

WHAT IS ECO - RESIN?

Eco-resin is an epoxy resin that replaces the petroleum based chemicals found in most widely used resins with bio based, sustainable and renewable materials. Production of eco-resins produces less greenhouse gas emissions and harmful byproducts than traditional petroleum based resins.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Blackened brass patina is very durable, but it is possible for the patina to wear over time. Proper care can help to retain the coloring of your floridxfauna piece for years to come. Avoid exposing your piece to water and chemicals and wrap your jewelry in cloth or cotton when you are not wearing it.
